Steam Bath
A steam bath is a room supplied with hot steam to warm the body beyond its regular temperature usually this takes place at a temperature of approx. 45º. Surrounded by a warm climate of 100% humidity a series of positive procedures are triggered in the body such as a better circulation or an increased oxygen supply of the skin and tissue. A steam bath moistens the respiratory tracts and counteracts muscle tenseness.

After warming up the body with steam a cooling and resting period is recommended.
